A steel structure house for broiler, layer or breeder flocks. The frame carries an insulated roof and sealed walls, so the house holds its temperature and the airflow is controlled. Frames are fabricated in our workshop and bolted together on site — no on-site welding.

Roof and wall build-up: high-density glass wool plus PU sandwich panels, with roof sheets and an internal ceiling (AZ150 steel). Insulation does more for a poultry house than anything else. A well-insulated, sealed house holds heat in cold weather and keeps cooling cost down in summer, and it holds the air exchange rate you set for the flock.
Sealed steel doors are fitted on the equipment side, and wall and roof joints are gasketed so the house does not leak air where it should not.
Main columns and rafters: H-section steel — Q355 (S355JR equivalent), hot-dip galvanized or AZM coated.
Secondary framing — purlins, girts, bracing and truss chords: American standard channels to ASTM A6/A6M, C-series. C9×134, for example, is a 9-inch channel weighing 13 lb per foot. Grades such as SM490YB, or ASTM A36 / A572 where the drawings call for them.

Side-wall rolling curtains or vent inlets, roof ridge vents and skylight belts. Inlet and outlet sizes are set by the air exchange the flock needs — the layout changes with bird age, stocking density and the climate at your site. Pre-embedded square tubes are built into the frame so feed and water lines, fans and control panels can be fixed on site.
Panels are removable and fasteners are reachable without dismantling the frame. The yearly checks are simple: frame and fixings, wall and roof seals, gutters and drainage, and a touch-up of coating where it is worn. Galvanized or AZM surfaces matter in a poultry house because ammonia in the air attacks bare steel faster than weather does.
