Customized Prefabricated Steel H-Beam Warehouse
Custom Design & Engineering
We build steel warehouses to order. Send a drawing, or the building size and the loads it has to carry, and we manufacture the H-section frame, purlins, panels and fixings to suit. Everything is prefabricated in our workshop and bolted together on site—no on-site welding required.
Built to Your Specifications: Size, roof slope, eave height, color, door and window style are all set by the buyer. If you have drawings, we fabricate to them. If not, our engineers draft the layout from your requirements and send it for approval before production begins.
Section shape can be straight or tapered (variable cross-section) to suit the span and load requirements. We can also develop custom parts from customer drawings for projects needing non-standard components.
Main Frame Components
- Columns and rafters: Welded H-section steel in Q235B or Q345B, all-bolted connections
- Bracing: X-type, V-type or other configurations, made from angle steel or round pipe
- Purlins: C120-C320 or Z100-Z200 cold-formed sections
- Knee braces: Q235 angle steel
- Tie bars: Q235 steel pipe
- Foundation: Concrete with steel anchor bolts—set out to the foundation drawing we supply

- Accessories: Semi-transparent skylight belts, ventilators, downpipes and outer gutter (stainless steel or color steel). Downpipes are PVC

- Windows: Aluminum or PVC push-pull
- Partition walls: Sandwich panels in various colors and thicknesses as needed
Surface Treatment
Two coats of anti-rust paint—grey, red, white or epoxy zinc—or hot-dip galvanizing. The finish is chosen for the site conditions: galvanizing for coastal or humid locations, paint where appearance matters most. Colors and textures are customized to buyer requirements.

- Roof live load: 120 kg/m² with sheet-clad roof
- Wind resistance: Grade 12 by Chinese classification. Designed for 60-300 km/h based on location
