Complete steel structure solutions for warehouses, factories, workshops, shopping malls, and office blocks. The main frame consists of H-section steel columns and beams, complemented by purlins, bracing, and roof/wall panels. All components are precision-cut and fabricated in our workshop, then bolted together on site—no on-site welding required.

Steel Standards & Compliance

Main frames utilize H-section steel manufactured to your project's required standard:

  • AS/NZS 3679.1 (Australia/New Zealand): HP-series sections, S275JR/S355JR
  • EN 10025 (Europe): HEA/HEB/HEM sections
  • JIS, ASTM, DIN, GB standards available upon request

HP-series H sections are standard for Australian and New Zealand projects. When your drawings specify AS/NZS 3679.1 steel, we supply compliant materials with mill certificates included in shipment.

Complete Building Package

Every building ships as a comprehensive set to ensure nothing is missing on site:

  • Main Frame: H-section columns and beams, wind-resistant columns (Q355 steel, painted or galvanized)
  • Secondary Structure: Roof and wall purlins (Q235B C/Z, galvanized), tie bars, knee braces, roof horizontal bracing, column vertical bracing
  • Roof & Walls: Corrugated steel sheet or sandwich panels, gutters, trims, and flashings
  • Downpipes: PVC drainage systems
  • Fasteners: Anchor bolts, high-strength bolts, normal bolts, nuts, self-tapping screws
  • Doors & Windows: Aluminum windows; choice of EPS sandwich door, windproof door, high-speed roll-up door, or industrial sliding door
Design & Engineering

Our designs comply with local building codes at your site location. We calculate wind load, snow load, and seismic zone requirements before sizing structural sections. Standard clear spans up to 30 meters are available for single or two-story structures, with frames engineered for 50+ years of service life.

Quotation Requirements

To prepare accurate drawings and pricing, please provide:

  1. Location (country, city, coastal proximity)
  2. Dimensions (length * width * eave height in meters)
  3. Maximum wind speed (km/h)
  4. Snow load or maximum snow depth, and temperature range
  5. Seismic zone classification

  8. Brick wall requirements at wall bottom and height

Production & Delivery

All fabrication occurs in our Chengdu workshop, including cutting, drilling, welding, surface treatment, and painting. Lead time ranges from 25-60 days from approved drawings, depending on order quantity. Components ship in sea-worthy 40ft containers with frames palletized and strapped, panels film-wrapped, and fixings boxed.
