A two-story steel building doubles the usable floor area on the same site. The ground floor functions as a warehouse, workshop, or showroom, while the upper floor serves as storage, office, or production space. Frames are precision-cut, welded, and painted in our workshop, then bolted together on site for efficient assembly.

Ideal for sites where land costs exceed building height expenses, this design provides two usable levels within the same footprint. The construction process is faster than comparable concrete structures, and the foundation requirements are reduced due to steel's lighter weight.

• Ground-floor columns: HD-series H columns (European standard heavy column range) designed to support two-floor loads efficiently
• Roof and upper-floor beams: Hot-rolled or welded H beams for optimal strength
• Floor system: Steel beams with profiled steel deck and concrete topping, or lighter deck for storage-only upper floors
• Secondary structure: Comprehensive bracing, purlins, girts, and tie bars
• Roof and walls: Single color steel sheet or insulated sandwich panel (EPS, rock wool, PU)
• Doors & Windows: Sliding sandwich-panel doors or rolling shutters with aluminum or UPVC sliding windows
• Access: Custom steel stairs between levels tailored to your layout

Columns and beams utilize H-section steel compliant with your project specifications:

• EN 10025: S235JR, S275JR, S355JR – HD, HEA, HEB and HEM sections
• JIS: SS400 and related grades
• ASTM: A36, A572 Grade 50
• GB: Q235B, Q355B

The HD series represents the heavy column range in the European system, with predictable section weights per meter for accurate freight cost and customs value calculations.

Engineered for a 50+ year service life with painted or galvanized surfaces to resist corrosion. Rock-wool sandwich panels provide fire resistance and reduce heating/cooling requirements. Maintenance typically involves panel replacement or bolt re-tightening rather than extensive rebuilding.

Components bolt together using common tools, allowing for disassembly and relocation if needed. Every order includes detailed assembly drawings, step-by-step manuals, and instructional videos. Engineering supervision is available upon request.

Fabrication occurs in our Chengdu workshop, encompassing cutting, drilling, welding, surface treatment, and painting. Lead time ranges from 30-60 days following drawing approval. Components ship flat-packed in 40ft containers with organized packaging for efficient handling.
