Product Description
Large Space Steel Frame Building
A steel frame building for warehouses, workshops, agricultural barns, aircraft hangars and commercial use. Columns, beams and purlins are cut and welded in our workshop, then bolted together on site. No on-site welding required.
Frame Materials
The frame uses H-section steel columns and beams. We build to the standard your project specifies:
- EN 10025: S235JR, S275JR, S355JR (HEA, HEB, HEM and HD sections)
- JIS G3101: SS400
- GB: Q235B, Q355B
- ASTM: A36, A572 Grade 50
Tell us the standard and grade when you ask for a quote. Sections are cut to length and drilled to your drawings before delivery.
Building Components
Columns and beams: H-section steel, painted or galvanized
Purlins and girts: Cold-formed C or Z sections, C120-C320 and Z100-Z200
Roof and wall panels: Corrugated steel sheet, or sandwich panel (EPS, rock wool, PU)
Rainspout: PVC downpipe
Doors: Sliding sandwich-panel door or rolling metal door
Windows: PVC or aluminum alloy
Fixings: Anchor bolts and high-strength bolts
Sizes and Loads
Buildings are made to order. Width, length, eave height, roof slope and cladding are chosen for the site and the use. Clear spans up to 30 m are standard, with no interior columns.
Design loads follow the local code: wind up to 120 km/h as standard, snow and seismic loads to your project data. Seismic design up to Magnitude 8 is available.

Production and Delivery
Cutting, drilling, welding and painting are done in our Chengdu workshop before shipment. Lead time is 30-60 days from approved drawings.
Components ship flat-packed in 40ft containers. Frames go on steel pallets and are strapped; panels are film-wrapped; fixings are boxed.
