Our crane beam steel structure factory workshop combines simple design, large clear span, high strength and quick installation, purpose-built for heavy industries requiring overhead crane operation — machinery manufacturing, steel processing, automotive plants, logistics centers and warehouses. The main frame consists of welded H-beam columns and crane beams made of high-grade Q355B structural steel, providing high rigidity and load capacity. The structure supports overhead cranes from 1 ton up to 300 tons, with crane beams precisely engineered to carry heavy lifting loads while maintaining stable structural performance.
Galvanized C/Z purlins, angle steel, tie rods and pipe bracing form the secondary structure, delivering excellent lateral stability and wind resistance for the whole building.
Color steel sheets or sandwich panels (EPS, PU, rock wool, glass fiber, 50-250mm) provide thermal insulation, waterproofing, sound insulation and corrosion resistance, keeping a stable indoor environment for production and storage.
Shot blasting Sa2.5 followed by double-layer epoxy primer, or hot-dip galvanization for coastal and humid areas, ensures excellent anti-corrosion performance and a service life of 50+ years.
All steel components are cut, drilled, welded, rust-proofed and painted in our factory with precision equipment, then delivered for 100% bolted assembly on site — no on-site welding required.
