2. Dual Solutions: CRC vs. P&O

We offer flexible material solutions to balance your project's technical requirements and budget:

  • Cold Rolled Steel (CRC): Further processed through cold reduction for ultra-thin gauges (down to 0.3mm). It offers the tightest thickness tolerances and a bright, premium finish. Ideal for precision electronics and exposed appliance panels.

  • Pickled and Oiled (P&O): Hot-rolled steel that has been acid-washed to remove scale, then oiled to prevent rust. It offers a clean surface similar to CRC but is more cost-effective for thicker gauges (1.5mm+). Perfect for concealed structural stamping, racking, and auto frames.
